C.H. Hanson has long been known for its chalk reels and accessories in the construction trade. Now, in line with their strategic direction to create more innovative products that save users time and money, they have introduced Chalk Hog 100TM.
Chalk Hog 100 uses less chalk than the competition by providing cleaner and sharper lines due to its built-in cleaning pad and a high-density, poly-braided line that resists fraying and breakage. To further reduce waste and mess, 4 oz. or 8 oz. chalk bottles can be screwed directly into the tool. The tool can then be used with either the bottle in place or simply unscrew the bottle after filling the reservoir and screwing the attached cap into place to close the reservoir.
Unlike other chalk reels, Chalk Hog 100 comes equipped with a built-in pencil sharpener and End-MateTM, a revolutionary line hook that provides added gripping power and enables users to easily snap straight or angled lines. End-Mate is conveniently housed within the on-board storage area.
The new chalk reel also features a 6x fast retrieval system, a crank handle clutch release for retracting the line without the handle spinning and a soft rubber grip that provides added comfort and prevents reel from slipping. For fast fixes, Chalk Hog 100 has a one-screw maintenance bay.
