Okay, it' not quite the LED flashlight that Ben was bragging about a few days ago but DeWalt is coming out with a new 38W Cordless/corded Fluorescent Worklight. More than just a flashlight, the DeWalt DC020 is ideal for plumbers, electricians, mechanical contractors, general contractors, elevator technicians, installers, and punch-out crews. It can be used wherever additional lighting is required to complete applications, such as dark areas, crawl spaces, and basements.

The best features of the DeWalt DC020 flourescent light is that it does not get as hot or glare as much as your typical halogen light, therefore it's a bit nicer to work around. The DC020 can be powered by AC or DeWalt batteries (including the 18v NANO) and has two AC power strips built right into it so you don't need additional power strips for tools and such.

The DeWalt DC020 also has a pivoting arm and is built into a roll cage for protection and durability. This flourescent worklight should be out sometime soon - they say this summer and I say summer is here!
