Fires up to 800 brads on one charge!
 We just received information about a exciting new addition to DeWalt's very popular gasless 18v cordless trim nailer line, the DC608K cordless brad nailer. This new nailer will allow users to tackle projects like baseboards, window trim, shoe molding, and cabinet molding without having to drag out the compressor.
The DC608K will easily drive 2" 18g brads into hardwoords, making it an ideal tool solution for professional trim carpenters, general contractors, or remodelers. It's compact and more streamlined that DeWalt's other cordless trim Nailers, yet retains the job site durability DeWalt is famous for. It also has a 12-position depth adjustment system so you can optimize the driving depth to your project's specific needs.
DeWalt claims that the DC608K will fire 800 2" brads on a single charge! That's pretty amazing!
The only other similar cordless brad nailer we can even compare this to is a 12v model (BDBN1202) produced by DeWalt's sister brand, Black and Decker. Black and Decker cordless products are targeted more for consumers than professionals, so if you are a professional who has been waiting for a quality cordless brad nailer, the wait is almost over!
The DC608K Cordless Brad Nailer should begin shipping sometime in mid-October. We expect this to be one of many new products launched by DeWalt during that time. When they become available, we'll be posting hands-on reviews here on Toologics.
