19 volt rechargeable battery l

Is anyone else disappointed is the rechargeable battery life of the 19.2volt batteries. These batteries are not cheap and I think they should last longer than 1 year with normal homeowner use.

Jesse,
I'd agree! Have you looked into any of the new lithium-ion systems? The batteries for those last much longer and are noticeably lighter. Makita, Milwaukee, and Bosch already have some awesome lines out and DeWalt will have them soon. No clue if PC/Delta will follow the same lines as it seems like both brands are mainly focusing on corded shop equipment nowadays instead of further developing their cordless tools.
