All good builders know that you sometimes have to break things to make things.
Enter the destructive power of this series of tools designed to destroy.
Some are made to demolish in tight places, others are for more permanent wider damage.
But they're all intense machines that are not only quick and dependable, but also easy to operate.
Reciprocating Saws
The
Porter Cable Variable Angle Tiger Saw
is a saw that I recently
checked out and it's quite impressive.
For
those who don't know, a reciprocating sawis very similar to a jigsaw except is larger
and made for rough cuts and general destructive purposes and not the
finer cuts of a jigsaw.
These larger saws are excellent for cutting
horizontally and vertically, and come with blades for metal and wood.
The
Tiger Saw has some great features that set it above and beyond others
in the field.
Like all Porter Cable
tools, it has a spring-loaded
clamp for quick blade changing (and it will reverse the blade angle
to upwards if you need it!).
No more searching for the right size
Allen wrench.
It will even take universal jigsaw blades for more
accurate cutting.
Users can also extend or remove the foot to get
more action out of the teeth.
But
that's not even all that the saw offers – the housing will rotate a
full 180 degrees to allow any conceivable cutting position, and the
blade will rotate 360 degrees allowing far more flexibility than any
comparable saw on the market.

destructive tool, go to ToolKing.com

This would make a great father's day gift if you're doing some
shopping at the last minute.
We'd
like to hear from you if you've used the Tiger Saw and have comments: Discuss this article on the forums. (0 posts)
