I will not buy from Lowes if they will not support a U.S.A. company. That is it too many of our companies and jobs are and will be lost to foreign made products. I am especially upset that they will not support Milwaukee products. They better look at this issue again and change their minds.

I'm a Milwaukee employee. TTI bought us about 4 years ago. We heard nothing from them for a year other than welcome to TTI. Since then, they have closed the Mexico plant, Kos, MS plant closes this month, Blythville, AK plant closes in Sept. Jackson, MS and Greenwood, MS plants are the only ones that will be open by the end of the year. They say that Greenwood won't close, but nobody's saying Jackson won't close. I feel that my job is on borrowed time. - NA

TTI Bought Milwaukee a few years back and it was announced at the international builders show in Orlando. It was announced at the same time that the Ridgid line was introduced. I was at the press conference when TTI gave then CEO of Home Depot Nardelli a custom Orange County Chopper. I think it would be interesting to see if one of HD purchases was TTI. HD is in bad financial shape. I prefer to shop at Lowe\'s where people actually know waht they are talking about - Donna Young

Good, more made-in-China cordless tools at HD.

Anybody notice the loose fit between the battery and the drill base on the V18 0824 hammer drill/driver. - Rick
