			<description>It is about time they made some 18 volt li ion products,but why don't they have  
 fuel cell meters like the 36 volt? I think is was a bad move to not include this item to there batteries so now one of the only companies that has a fuel meter is milwaukee. To me it would have been a major factor in buying the product, so unless there are lighter than the makita li ion products and the power to weight ratio is better i would just stick with the leader of the pack. - Hugh</description>

			<description>Because it is not practical to have tools designed for one battery type to use multiple batteries.  The new tools are designed and engineered to use the new type of battery power.   - johnny</description>

			<description>I am disappointed that they have not come out with a backwardly compatible lithium ion battery for their existing 18 volt tool line-up. Major players like DeWalt, Milwaukee and Hitachi have this backward compatibility why can't Bosch? - bob</description>
