There are 3 different types of air cleaners: self contained (free hanging), HVAC integrated and independently ducted. Used in conjunction with with a dust collection system that captures dust at the source, air cleaners are a crucial addition a woodworking shop to help avoid respiratory health problems from wood dust and other particulates.
